Close-Die Forging
The company has established a production line for aerospace ultra large structural forgings, mainly consisting of a 400MN heavy-duty aviation forging hydraulic press, an advanced aviation engine, a gas turbine powder disc and turbine parts production line, mainly consisting of a 300MN precision isothermal forging hydraulic press, and the world's largest 125,000 ton (1,250MN) multi-directional forging hydraulic press under construction. At the same time, the company has also built a production line for small and medium-sized forgings, equipped with 80MN electric screw press, 50MN forging hydraulic press, 2,500T direct drive screw press, 1,250T direct drive screw press, 630T direct drive screw press, 20MN fast forging machine and other small and medium-sized equipment, covering the research and production capabilities of large, medium and small forgings in China in all fields and multiple directions.

Open-Die Forging
The company has 31.5MN and 20MN fast forging machines. 31.5MN can achieve various pressure operation modes such as 31.5MN, 20MN, 11.5MN, etc. Mainly used for the production of large free forgings of titanium alloys, high-temperature alloys, high-strength steels, aluminum alloys and other materials, as well as the billet making of 400MN forging hydraulic press die forgings. It can also be used for the cutting and forging of various steel ingots and titanium ingots under 20 tons. The 20MN fast forging machine equipment is mainly used for the free forging production of difficult to deform metals (high-temperature alloys, titanium alloys, ultra-high strength alloys, etc).

CNC Ring Rolling Machine

This machine is primarily designed for rolling rectangular-section and irregular-section rings from a wide range of materials, including carbon steel, aluminum alloy, titanium-based alloy, high-temperature alloy, magnesium alloy, and copper alloy. It automatically performs radial and axial rolling operations according to a pre-set process curve. The rolling speed is adjustable to suit the processing requirements of different materials, and the system features precision closed-loop control.
